Soo Young is about 5'8 in height and weighs 146 pounds she has shoulder length black hair that she lets hang around her shoulders. Her build is lean with small amounts of fat and her skin is a bit on the pale side. She has grey eyes and a tattoo on her left arm of a serpent that goes from her wrist up to her elbow. Her face is a bit round and her lips are slightly thin, Her eyes are also a bit almond shaped.
Soo Young's clothing is a bit basic. She often dresses more for efficiency rather than style. On different occasions she may wear different types of clothing depending on what is really necessary for what she is doing. Her common outfit however often consists of a black tanktop that ends just above her belly button and a pair of black BDU pants tucked into black combat boots. Her pants are made with a special material known as Armorweave, She also wears an undershirt made of the same material beneath her shirt. On occasions she may also wear a black vest made of similar material but often only wears this when she expects trouble to arise.

Songsteel Fixed Blade Karambit
Soo Young's Songsteel Karambit
Soo Young carries with her a single Songsteel alloy fixed bladed karambit. The blade is about 5 inches in length and features a curve instead of a straight edge like most knives. The knife is meant to be used for more slashing attacks instead of standard thrusts or stabs used with a dagger or any other straight edged blade. The length of the weapon is short in order to maintain better control of the weapon and to make disarming harder.
The entire weapon is composed entirely of an alloy known as songsteel. Songsteel is a silver luminescent metal that is used in the forging of swords and staves and in this case a knife. Songsteel like cortosis weave is resistant to lightsaber attacks. Soo Young had this blade commissioned for her by Imperial Intelligence during her brief service with them. It was commissioned for Soo Young in hopes that Soo Young would use the blade for assassinations of Jedi targets. The blade would be in a form Soo Young was familiar and could manipulate easily and she would still be able to stand her ground against Jedi foes without fear of their lightsabers merely burning through her weapon.
Soo Young still carries the blade with her and cares for it to near obsession, often sharpening when it gets dull and applying different techniques to keep the blade strong. The blade still bears the Sith Empire insignia on the grip along with an II for Imperial Intelligence within the insignia. The grip is wrapped in black leather and has a bit of blunt point on the bottom of the grip on the pointer finger ring meant to be used as a pommel for blunt striking.
Imperial Intelligence Sniper Rifle
Imperial Intelligence Sniper Rifle
The IISR is a long ranged mass accelerator weapon based off Verpine technology. When fired the rifle makes no sound as there is no power generated as there would be with a blaster, Or powder ignited like there would be with an old fashioned projectile weapon. The rifle is capable of firing numerous types of projectiles at great speeds and with great kinetic force. The rifle also hits hard enough that it can cause great damage to even armored targets if not from the projectile penetration than by the pure blunt force trauma of the projectile hitting the target.
Also due to lack of a heat trail and sound or muzzle flash the location of the shooter and the shot is extremely hard to determine making it a perfect weapon for assassins and special forces units. The rifle is capable of firing different types of ammunition and if need be can even be loaded with rocks if the shooter is desperate. This is due to the magnetic coils used to propel the projectiles loaded down the barrel.
Soo Young's rifle is fitted with a 6-18x scope equipped with a night vision setting and a range finder. The most common type of ammunition used by Soo Young is a 1 inch wide 5 inch long glass shard. The shard has a hollow reservoir that is filled with Kodashi viper venom. When fired from the rifle the glass penetrates and shatters upon impact on the target leaving an open wound. As the shard shatters it splashes the venom upon the wound allowing it to take effect. Kodashi viper venom is from the Kodashi viper of Dathomir. It is known to be able to kill an adult human within minutes of being introduced to the body. Those who die of it often die screaming in agony.
The only drawback to the rifle is that each projectile must be hand loaded through a loading gate just below the scope. The weapon also requires a substantial amount of energy to maintain the magnetic field used to propel projectiles. Also to imitate the technology of the Verpine SR without proper plans for the weapon the rifle is also significantly heavier weighing a total of 15 pounds. Also the weapon had a tendency to heat up quite fast due to the friction caused as the projectile left the barrel. The barrel is a bit small and can only fire certain projectiles due to II's desire for uniformity with their weapons. The one up over the Verpine it does possess however is an advanced targeting computer built into the scope that calculates distance and wind direction that assists the shooter in adjusting their firing solution to strike far off targets. The scope locks onto a target and maintains an image through the scope while directing the shooter to compensate for outside interference.
Soo Young obtained this weapon during her stint in Imperial Intelligence. The Verpine Sniper rifle was seen as a perfect tool for clandestine intelligence operations where discretion was of the utmost importance mainly due to it's size and weight along with it's lack of sound and variety of projectiles. As such Imperial Intelligence "Requisitioned" A number of these rifles in order to counterfeit the technology used in it's development. Thus the IISR was created as a rifle to be used by Imperial Intelligence during sabotage or assassination operations.
Soo Young's Blaster
Soo Young's Custom Blaster
Soo Young's blaster is unique as it was personally crafted by Soo Young from cannibalized parts of other weapons. The blaster is crafted to suit all of Soo Young's personal preferences. The weapon is light and the frame is quite streamlined lacking all the hooks and numerous edges most blaster pistols seem to have. She constructed the frame as such mainly so that the draw for the blaster would be smooth and quick allowing her to quickly draw the weapon on a moments notice without it being caught on the holster.
The blaster's power setting is incredibly low and is nearly incapable of piercing armor unless the same location is hit numerous times. This is due to the smaller power pack used in the blaster in order to house the lense relay and blast emitter in the weapon as well along with the trigger group. The power pack is interchangeable and can be swapped out using a magazine catch on either side of the gun just behind the trigger. Each power pack allows Soo Young to fire 16 shots in quick succession.
The blaster is most effective when firing at unarmored targets as the blast alone will still burn through an unprotected target. However the purpose of the blaster is set more towards being a hold out weapon meant to be used while Soo Young is on the run from enemies as a means to keep their heads down.

IIMAP: The Imperial Intelligence Martial Arts Program is the hand to hand combat training program developed by Imperial Intelligence to instruct their operatives in numerous types of close combat techniques. Students within the program are taught different combat styles and are encouraged to create their own mix of these styles in order to create a style that fits their preference. Students are then pit against one another in combat to fine tune each style to adapt to different types of styles.
The program also featured training with different types of melee weapons such as vibroblades, knives, and staves. Soo Young's style of fighting is center around attack redirection and counter attacks. It also has a measure of offensiveness to it as her style involves attacking to keep the enemy pressured and then forcing an opening in her enemies defense for her to take advantage of often going for a lethal or crippling strike with her knife.
Her unarmed combat style is more defensive than her knife style and involves more dodging and redirection focusing more on using flowing movements to redirect the force of her enemies strikes to both outlast her opponents and to open them up to counter attacks.
Imperial Intelligence Sharpshooter Training
Soo Young received a degree of training in marksmanship from Imperial Intelligence on Dromund Kaas. During her training she was taught proper positioning of the body for accurate fire, proper breathing and other things that contribute to accurate sniper fire. Due to her training Soo Young is a skilled sharpshooter being able to hit targets at ranges up to 2 miles away using a rangefinder and due to the high velocity of the projectile fired from her Verpine Sniper Rifle.
Viral/Contagion Expert
Soo Young's favored way of taking targets down is through the use of Viral or Contagion based weaponry. She prefers this method to using her knife or rifle due to the length of time it takes for her victim to die. Soo Young has a sick interest in watching her opponents slowly wither away from whatever virus she infected them with. She also enjoys the chaos caused from contagions especially ones with post-death effects such as Rakghoul disease and a special contagion she calls Screaming Dead. She enjoys these two contagions due to their ability to reanimate the dead as violent and feral beasts that only seeks to devour or infect others. She also favors how it is so difficult to snuff out the infection as the possibility of even one infected person escaping the quarantine zone could result in a whole other outbreak entirely.
Screaming Dead: Screaming Dead is a contagion developed by Soo Young using samples from Rakghoul disease. The contagion was changed in a way to increase it's lethality. Screaming Dead begins as a necrotic virus that eats away at the body in order to prepare it for coming mutations. Most victims infected with Screaming Dead spend 10 minutes screaming as the virus eats away at them from the inside out. As the contagion does this it replaces all dead cells with mutated cells slowly mutating the victim from the inside. The virus is meant to feign death in the first few minutes of infection to draw either concerned citizens, emergency personnel or looters closer to the body. When mutation is complete the host reanimates and assaults those around it.
The contagion is spread through various means either through bites or blood contact in the eyes, mouth or open wounds. Those who are mutated by Screaming Death are often feral letting out roars and screams signalling their presence. If they are not handled immediately the virus continues to mutate the host in various ways depending on genetic structure. People with large muscled frames would experience muscle growth and become more resistant to pain or damage. Those who are smaller will become thin to near anorexia and will become spider like in their movements in order to close distance with prey.

Soo Young is extremely quick on her feet and possesses great stores of Stamina that she can use to outrun and opponent if she feels she is outmatched. Instead of taking a straight route line from point A to B. Soo Young takes routes not normally taken to keep her foes on their toes. She is very reflexive due to her training in the IIMAP and applies her reflexes to navigating obstacles at high running speeds. She is also quite acrobatic as she can jump off high platforms and land safely by executing rolls or cushioning her fall by absorbing the shock in some way shape or form.
Piloting: Soo Young is capable of piloting ships but isn't an expert at it. Her flying skills are limited to small frigates and starfighters. Anything larger is beyond her knowledge to use.
Personality:
Soo Young is a calm and collected person in most situations. This personality has come from years of training with Imperial Intelligence. Imperial Intelligence believed that showing no remorse or emotion towards death would make their operatives seem more terrifying in the eyes of their enemy. Thus Soo Young has been mentally conditioned to ignore death entirely and often shows to remorse or response to the deeds she has done in the past.
However deep inside she feels a sort of satisfaction at the attacks she is responsible for. Soo Young is a bit of a sadist enjoying the pain of others but rarely showing it. The most evidence of this is the rare smile that spreads across her face when she has a foe at her mercy. Soo Young may also indulge her sadistic tendencies through torture of her foes. She seldom does so however often keeping her urges bottled up to use later. She finds that her sadism is a motivator. When in combat she may release her sadistic urges upon her opponent making the effort she exerts to kill her opponent increase tenfold.
Soo Young in most social situations is quiet often watching and listening instead of speaking. When she does speak it is often in a neutral tone. However this does not mean that her words are neutral as well. When Soo Young does speak she has no restrictions on her speech speaking her mind as she wishes not caring for the feelings or opinions of those around her. She also seldom shows much respect to others often speaking to people of high standing with little care or response other than disdain.
She shares a similar but not exact philosophy to her sister's, Soo Young's view of the world stems from her years of serving in Imperial Intelligence. As children Aziza shared her view of the world describing it as a river flowing from beginning to end. For years she believed that she had been maintaining the flow of that river her sister had always talked about.
History:
Soo Young was born on on the outer rim on Vanquo to Taeyeon Seung a former Imperial Intelligence Operative and Tyranus Vi'sakha a bounty hunter often hired by Taeyeon to help her take down assassination targets. The two often maintained a flirty relationship with one another. Eventually their flirtations turned into romance. Taeyeon retired from Imperial Intelligence to start a life with Tyranus. Though the two never married they had to children together a pair of twins who they named Aziza and Soo Young.
Soo Young was raised alongside her sister Aziza on Vanquo away from the away from the thriving and dangerous population centers like Coruscant or Taris. For years Soo Young was raised in relative normality. Her family lived in relative comfort in a small home living off the money gained from Tyranus' bounties. However as Tyranus began to grow older in age he began to receive less bounties as clients began younger cheaper hunters to take down their bounties. Age had also begun to take it's toll on the old bounty hunter as well.
Noticing the desperation in Tyranus the Republic SIS put a bounty on Taeyeon Seung. Tyranus tempted by the chance to show the galaxy that Tyranus Vi'sahka was still one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy planned to turn Taeyeon in for the bounty. However Taeyeon was able to recognize Tyranus' strange behavior before the deed could be carried out. In the night Taeyeon attempted to take Soo Young and Aziza and flee to Dromund Kaas to seek protection from prosecution for her activities during the Great Sith War.
She was discovered by Tyranus who attempted to kill Taeyeon. In her rush to escape Taeyeon only had enough time to take one of her children. The child was Soo Young, Taeyeon fled to Dromund Kaas and began a new life there using her connections with Imperial Intelligence. At age 10 Soo Young was enrolled in a military academy at the insistence of Taeyeon's superiors where she was taught Sith Empire military history and military strategy and tactics.
Over time Soo Young excelled in her studies at the academy and at age 17 she was recruited by the Keeper of Imperial Intelligence. For 2 years Soo Young trained with Imperial Intelligence learning combat skills, espionage and advanced individual operator based strategies. By her 2nd year of training Soo Young had earned the title of Cipher 17. As a Cipher she was tasked with assassination and espionage operations. Up until age 21 she served with Imperial Intelligence taking down high value political targets.
However as time passed in her service to the Sith Empire the lines between friend and foe began to blur in her eyes. As a child her sister had always told her that life was like a river flowing from beginning to end. It wasn't long before Soo Young went AWOL abandoning Imperial Intelligence and turning the skills taught to her upon those who had taught her. Her first taste of Viral terrorism occurred during her escape from Dromund Kaas. Before her departure she released a highly contagious necrotic contagion being developed into a non-infectious form in the Imperial Intelligence R&D lab. In the chaos of the attack she fled the scene as hundreds of students succumbed to the infection.
From there on she began a string of terrorist attacks across the galaxy striking at major population centers releasing contagious diseases such as the Rakghoul contagion or other different sicknesses. Her involvement remained unknown for quite a while until Republic authorities began to question the frequency of the outbreaks and the coincidence that each outbreak occurred in locations where it could do the most damage. Sith authorities however were well aware of Soo Young's latest hobby of terrorism however they were often too late to act whenever the opportunity to do so presented itself as Soo Young rarely stayed to witness the results of her labors.
She continues to launch Terrorist attacks all over the galaxy still today targeting both Sith and Republic having no discrimination between the two. Today she is one of the highly sought bounties in galaxies alongside her sister and a few others. Sith Authorities have posted a bounty for 10,000,000 Credits for her death and an extra 10 for anyone who can detain and bring her to Dromund Kaas alive.
