	University of Alderaan The University of Alderaan was a center of learning on the planet Alderaan. It was also known as Alderaan University, Aldera University, and the University of Aldera. While initially, it was designed to isolate the students from the outside world, it was eventually modified so that the main structure would remain on Alderaan while various pods of the university would be spread throughout the galaxy. 	The Aldera Royal Palace The Aldera Royal Palace is an elegant building in Aldera, capital city of Alderaan. It was home to the monarch of Alderaan and the palace from which the monarchy ruled the planet. It was a large, white-spired structure accessible via several gates leading in to the palace grounds. The multi-story building contained all manner of ramparts, turrets, bedrooms and reception rooms. The palace featured a Grand Reception Room, a Grand Ballroom, the throne room, a bridge-spanned reflecting pool, and a study, which overlooked a lake and was surrounded by gardens.
